Private Performances
SLAPPING (1976): In a random system, having chosen 100 artists, Mike Hentz visited them at home or at public spaces or at openings of their exhibitions, coming there at a certain moment with a photographer, dressed in red, and slapped them in the face as a performance. He then handed them each a letter with his contact directly after the performance. After the 10th artist he stopped doing the performance because he became famous for it.
